Many of you would be really confused about that title, so I'll tell you about it. 'I Want to be Adored' is an awesome video on YouTube, the creators Antony Petrou & George Kaye Jr. are trying to get this idea to all the major British television companies and the idea and promo is amazing!

Why am I showing an interest in this? Simply because George Kaye Jr. is my uncle! Ok, so perhaps not many of you will believe this, (yet) but I know it's true, so I owe it to him to to get him as much publicity as I can scramble together.

The video has been live for about a week and it already has over 600 views, which is more then I can get together in a couple of years! Perhaps it's because of the differences we have in budget, actors, equipment, time, venue, etc.

Anyway, I've waffled on for long enough, I'm extremely proud of my uncle and I know that you all want to see his marvellous work, so here it is:

INSIDE TCOC! 15/12/2009

Well, the Piano Man is going strong, getting over 100 views in just about a week! That's the fastest opening a TCOC movie has ever achieved! (Yeah, people don't exactly jump at the first sight of a new video) But that's not going to phase me, I'm still going to make movies, no matter how hard things get.

Now as for JTS2 and the Cheese Chronicles...

Well... I don't know... I guess I can only pray for a miracle.

The Piano Man Arrives...

You may remember last month when I said that I was asked to film and I quote: "A man on a piano being dragged through a bonfire on a piano." And now I'm happy to say that now, those videos are now available on YouTube and if I might add: The first TCOC movies to be available in full HD! so spare around 20 minutes and watch behind the scenes of a ridiculous YouTube stunt...

Could Tomorrow be my Big Moment?

You may have read this on my Twitter account and yes, it is true that tomorrow evening I will be at a bonfire party and I have been given the awesome responsibility of filming the whole thing on my little old HD camera.

So yes, this video will be uploaded to YouTube if all goes well, not on our TCOC channel, but a channel none the less. (And that doesn't matter too much because I can embed a copy to this website anyway)

So yes, if this video happens to go viral this very well could be a pivotal part of my YouTube life so I want people to know that I was the one filming this, so since I'll be editing the movie I am going to try and get a small advertisement for my YouTube channel and this blog.

So please, wish me luck and I hope you look forward to the video...

(What? You say there's already a post with that name? Not any more, that's old news)

Who doesn't love Twitter. It's awesome, I know I've been using it for a while now. And I'm pleased to say that now, every one of us at TCOC is now on twitter. (I can't guarantee how much they'll update though) Here's our list:

  • TCOCJulian - Julian Pichelski (Me)
  • Gamerfan7 - Anil Kurban
  • EdawardAnthonyM - Dane Trotter
  • CetMister - Cetin Oz
  • chikenbling - Paul Johnson
  • CannonOfClips - This is a different kind of Twitter account, it's mainly automatically updated from differnt services but basically, it's solely on stuff that's TCOC related. (So mostly me moaning about how we never get enough filming done)

INSIDE TCOC! 15/09/2009

Well, I bet you never thought you'd be seeing another one of these! But you were wrong, but I don't blame you, personally I was beginning to think that I was never going to see another INSIDE TCOC ever again, but yet here it is and I have some great JTS2 news for you all!

Our Network so Far

Absolutely nothing has happened in months, I’m about ready to pull my hair out in anger. (I’m not quitting, it’s just for some stress-relief) but anyway, I think this would be a good time to show all the ways you can get stuff out of TCOC

  • TheCannonOfClips (YouTube) – Basically the public centre for what little content we have, if you want to see any of our old and new stuff, you’ll find it there.
  • TCOCJulian (Twitter) – My personal Twitter account, you can see all the stuff I do and keep up to date with all the little things I don’t have the time to write anywhere else.
  • The Cannon of Clips Crew (Blogger) – The blog where all members of TCOC can post their opinions on filming or anything.
  • The Cannon of Clips (Facebook) – A very small and measly Facebook group that’s just there for the sake of it being there, although I do update it.

I Wish I Could Give you Some Good News…

As the header suggests, I’d like to tell you that we have done some work on JTS2 but in truth, we haven't, that’s not to say that I haven’t been trying, just a few weeks ago we planned some filming for some of Cetin and Dane’s scenes, unfortunately, neither of them showed up but Anil and Paul did. (We had to spend the afternoon on my brother’s Xbox playing Halo 3! Oh, what torture!)

But anyway, as I’m saying, I really enjoy making these films so I am trying my hardest to get JTS2 finished as I can’t wait to get started on the Cheese Chronicles! Rest assured I have no life so there is no chance of me dropping this, I promise you I will get some more movies out for you, no matter what!

YouTube Channels are Changing...

Well, I just read the news, soon YouTube channels will soon be changing forever, for me this is a big thing as TCOC is centred around YouTube and honestly, I have no idea how to react to it. One of my lesser qualities, (I am told) is that I have trouble moving with change. It's a horrible thing to have in a person at times, but am I right in saying this change in YouTube is a big mistake? Post your opinions in the comments box for this post.

Oh, and for those of you not knowing what I'm talking about, the video below should explain everything.

JTS2 Photo Preview

Well, finally I got round to doing some filming on our latest production, and it went quite well, and additionally we had some time afterwards, so we made some pictures to give you an idea of what JTS2 is about.

INSIDE TCOC! 04/05/2009

Hello everyone, in case you're wondering why the title of this post is 'INSIDE TCOC!' in big capital letters, I will explain. It's a new idea I've come up with, where I tell you exactly how far we are with all of our current projects and what you can expect, I hope to post once a month, (If I actually get new stuff to post about each month) so if you see a post with 'INSIDE TCOC' as a heading then you know that you're in for some inside information on our many projects. But anyway, I guess I'll be getting started.

James the Slayer 2: Coffin’ Up Blood

As many of you know when we had our online poll James the Slayer 2 was voted the most and therefore is our current project and we are trying to find as much time as we can to make it, however this has not been a lot, as most of us have been busy with personal business, but I am trying to find any moment we all have together to do some filming.

A Cheese Chronicle

The other candidate in our online vote which unfortunately lost the poll has been taken back to the scripting stage so we can refine it and make it better then ever.

Anyway, that’s about all that’s been happening, thanks for reading and keep looking out for more of us in the near future.

Happy May Day!

Hello all, it's May Day, so I'm off school! I hope you enjoy your extra day off, I know I will.

And the Winner is...

Well, it's been a great week, but our poll is now over and the results are in... And I have to say it's been on a huge overtake throughout the week... And the movie that The Cannon of Clips will work on first is...

James the Slayer 2: Coffin' Up Blood!

Thank you to everyone who voted! However like I said, in a previous post, 'Cheese Chronicles' is our number one priority and it will be on YouTube first, however in that same post I stated that once JTS2 will be exclusively shown here on this blog before any one else sees it! Once again, thanks for voting and have a great weekend.

Easter is Over and What Do I Have to Show For it?

Well, here in England we're going back to school and what movie footage do I have? Hardly any! I managed to get some JTS2 footage early on in the holiday, (Unfortunately Cetin couldn't attend that session, which is a shame because he's playing James' vampire dad) but then I got a message on Facebook from Paul, telling me that he was not away and was available to film, so I need to choose which project to carry on with. So I guess in situations like this, the only thing I can do is ask you:

Unfortunate Delays

Well, it's the Easter holidays and now should be the time we begin filming 'The Cheese Chronicles' but unfortunatly our leading actor, Paul Johnson is away for the holidays, this was very annoying for me but as Paul is needed in a lot of the scenes it seems that the Cheese Chronicles will have to be delayed for the time being, luckily Dane had a backup plan that was due to be filmed after the Cheese Chronicles and I'm sure that you can guess what it is. Yes, it's 'James the Slayer 2: Coffin' Up Blood!' And yes we are sticking to another vampire themed pun and yes I probabley will write James the Slayer and anything related to it in red from now on. However the Cheese Chronicles is still our number 1 priority and will still be on YouTube before JTS2 is released, however as the loyal blog followers, once it's finished you can see it before anyone else on this blog. So, keep subscribed and stay tuned, we hope to entertain as soon as possible.

It's April Fool's Day! (Oh, Damn I Shouldn't Have Said That!)

Well, it's April Fool's day, a day where most blogs make amusing 'Joke posts' normally about the blog being taken down or something similar and you may be wondering, why have I not made one of these joke posts, mainly because the Cannon of Clips is not really that popular yet, (which I will show this sideways face: :(.) So please keep tuning in, in fact tell people about us, we need all the views we can get.

A few months ago you remember I wrote about my cat Henry dying, well since then we got two new cats called Miley and Leela, my Mum asked me to make a video of them for Facebook, so I did, unfortunately it won’t seem to upload right now, so as there’s no point letting it go to waste, here it is exclusively for this blog, Miley and Leela:

A Cheese by any Other Name…

This week we made an awful discovery, it turns out that the name ‘The Cheese Chapters’ is already on the internet. When I was told this at first I did not believe it so I ran an advanced Google search and what came up was (A load of posts from this blog and The Cannon Of Clips Crew) but I also found that there is a movie called ‘I am the Cheese,’ I also found several fondue recipes with the exact name ‘The Cheese Chapters.’

So what does this mean?

The first thing is to relax, the Cheese Chapters is still in the making and will go ahead as planned. However it will no longer be called the Cheese Chapters anymore, it has been renamed ‘A Cheese Chronicle.’ We hope that you (and we) adapt to this name and still put together a great movie.

A Watched Cheese Never Matures

Hello everyone, I’m still trying my hardest to get the script for the Cheese Chapters finished, however it’s been very hard, even though it was half term last week I was still super busy, so please be patient, I am trying to make this movie the best one yet.

A Drastic Cast Change

Unfortunately I have some urgent news, however I explained it in a post on my other blog so I’ll just be blunt, basically, Gianni has quit. He says that he does not have the time to act in the Cheese Chapters, so his role will now be played by Anil Kurban. Please note that even though this event has occurred I would like you to know that the Cheese Chapters will go on as planned with no adjustments to the story.

Editing Problems

I’ve been having small problems with editing my movies, in fact I’ve been having small problems ever since last year when: iMovie ‘08 came out. I hate to complain but, it’s just awful, I was watching a video of Steve Jobs (Founder of Apple Computers) presenting iMovie ‘08 and he said that people want to make movies quickly in like 5 to 10 minutes, so he cut out most of the transitions and scrapped all the effects, apparently he thinks that iMovie is for people who want to make holiday movies and such and it is but I think he forgot to think about the people like me, the people who use iMovie to make fiction movies, for people who act in the movies, then edit and crop, and split and who don’t film everything in the correct order and so can’t just use some movie wizard to put their movies together. Thankfully I was able to find iMovie 6 HD in my applications folder and use that, but I was so looking forward to a proper update and what did I get? Nothing. And by the way, I do also use Final Cut Express, but only when I have to use an advanced effect like split screens or something.

Advertising This Blog

It may seem a bit weird to advertise a blog on the actual blog but since the advert is on YouTube it counts as one of my videos so I must make a quick note of it’s presence so here it is:

The Actors Who Will Bring You the Cheese Chapters

Well, it’s certainly been a busy weekend for me, I was working on the script, had to deal with my school homework and on top of that I had to go searching for a new cat to replace Henry. Anyway, it’s been a busy weekend but I’m sure you’re expecting some exclusive info on the Cheese Chapters and of course I have it, I have the cast list for the movie right here and I’m going to show you who’s playing who. (See anyone you recognise from previous films?)

Note: This information is not written in stone, I’ve still got a few minor roles to cast so this is not the complete cast list, however I will edit this post if changes are made.

Main/Supporting Characters

  • Paul Johnson (New actor!) – Bob Lon
  • Dane Trotter – Alan Lon
  • Cetin Oz – The voice of The Cheese
  • Anil Kurban - Dr. Ludwig Schneider

Minor Characters

  • Anil Kurban – George
  • Julian Pichelski – News Reporter
  • Alex Seaman (New actor!) - Minor Role

The Cannon of Clips Crew

Well, my circle of actors is really getting bigger and I'm sure that they want to give their opinions on my movies and everything so I've designed a new blog, for all of them to post at, what is it called? The Cannon of Clips Crew, and if you want to go there now just click here!

The Cheese is Coming...

A cursed house, a giant man-eating cheese and a boy who seems to know all too much about it all. If you're wondering what the hell I'm talking about then you probably have not guessed that it's TCOC's latest project: The Cheese Chapters!

But what why make a movie about cheese you may ask and the answer is why not? With my team of actors and writers plus a couple of new people, we've managed to build together a rough idea of the script.

But who are the people making this ridiculous idea a reality? Well the script will be written by me with help along the way from Dane Trotter (Writer of James the Slayer: Everything's at Stake) Also starring is Anil Kurban, Dane Trotter, Cetin Oz, plus some new faces to the family.

But when will this movie be available on YouTube? Unfortunately were still only in the first stages, and we are planning on making this our longest feature yet, so just sit back for now and look forward to this simply cheesy adventure.

R.I.P: Henry the Cat

Even though this has hardly anything to do with my movies, I thought that I should write about this event quickly. Just before I was born, my parents owned two cats, Henry and Lenny, unfortunately Lenny was run over by a truck before I was born, however Henry managed to survive much longer, and I knew him all my life, until today when unfortunately he was found dead. It was a really sad time for me and my family as Henry was a wonderful cat and I'm really sad that I won't be seeing him anymore. I'm not particularly religious however a couple of years ago at school I was given a copy of the 'New Testament & Psalms' and for the first time since I got it, I actually had a good reason to read a passage, and this is what I read:

"Jesus said to her 'I am the resurrection and the life, he who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?' 'Yes, lord,' she told him, 'I believe that you are the Christ, the son of god, who was to come into this world'" - John 11:25 - 27

I'm not really sure if Henry believed in God but we buried him in the garden and my family will remember this day and I will post about him each year, I may even dedicate one of my movies to him, I just hope that wherever he is now, I hope he is happy and is reunited with his brother.

James the Slayer: The Complete Outtakes

Well, the new year is finally here, and what better way to celebrate then by watching me and my friends mess up on camera. If you've seen James the Slayer on YouTube then you've probably seen some outtakes during the credits, but to be honest, the credits were short so I could only pick a few of them, but the video below contains all the outtakes from James the Slayer and it's not even on YouTube (yet) so spare a couple of minutes and watch our mistakes...
